This is usually a busy floor, as people head up and down from the towers and use it to look out over the grounds when the towers are too busy. Also located here is the popular Astrology class.

Yes, Moaning Myrtle is still here at Hogwarts! Her wailing and complaints can still be heard throughout the castle from the derelict girl's bathroom on the second floor. Many people use this for meetings (though make sure Myrtle doesn't tell anyone what she hears!) as people stay away from this area! Also here is the Legilimency classroom where you can delve in to other people's minds!

The learning doesn't stop once you're outside of the castle, heavens no. Care of Magical Creatures and Herbology classes rage on through the day, and are renowned for being a little dangerous for careless students. In between classes, why not come relax by the lake? Or even venture into the Forbidden Forest? Just don't get caught! By anything! Prefects are the least of your worries when you're in there.
