This Arithmancy professor had come all the way from Upper Barnton that morning to be there for his 8:30am class. He came into the classroom equipped with a new set of textbooks about Arithmancy. It had come from France so he had needed to translate it magically, but it was made in 2009 and was the most modern informative documentation on Arithmancy he could find. Arriving early, he started to set up the textbooks so that there was one on every desk. He then took a seat while the students filed in. He was in his prime when he was sat in his chair, he was in charge to make sure these students achieved. It still surprised him that students today would rather watch the new Johnny Depp film than something informative. Students that weren't dedicated were not going to pass his class. The students that spent their time gossiping would find it very hard to get an A.
He had clearly won bliss by modelling these vintage textbooks, they were nothing like the textbooks usually used that were literally ancient. His dream would be that they wouldn't need textbooks and that he had control over what he taught his students, but the curriculum for the exams were very clear that this was what needed to be learnt. The caretaker had been in earlier, but his ageing had clearly axed his skill. There was still dust hanging from the pile of old textbooks near the windows and cobwebs in the corners. He hoped the entire class would be there soon, Arithmancy had arguably been around for 5.332 million years. There was a lot to cover. Once all the students arrived he moved like a speeding corpse to close the door of the classroom and begin the lesson.
